Find a quiet place where you will be undisturbed for 30 minutes. A bedroom is optimal as you can lay down on the bed, close your eyes and be totally relaxed.
Alternatively, you can sit upright in a chair with a firm back that allows your posture to be erect. Place your hands on your knees and practice the breathing as outlined at the start of the guided meditation.
Whatever location you choose for this meditation, please make sure you switch off any phones and remove possible distractions that may break into the routine during the duration of this meditation.
