Why People Really Hurt You (Its Not What You Think)

In this video, I explore a radical shift in how we might view human behaviour and its source.

Ever wondered why people do what they do? Yes, me too. We often judge others' actions as malicious choices made to hurt us. But...what if their behaviour and words are simply the inevitable and innocent output of their current level of consciousness?

Reflecting on the life of my brother and his death through alcoholism and my reactive attitudes toward him at that time, later on I came to see his 'reality' much differently.

I understood why our thoughts, words, and actions are strictly limited by our current state of being.

Perhaps I can call it 'The Mechanics of Innocence';why people literally cannot act differently until their frequency shifts.

But I also so a way as to how to stop taking bad behaviour personally, not get caught up in the drama and move from judgment to observation.

When we understand that people are innocent of malice and simply acting out their "level", we reclaim our peace and step into a true non-dual perspective.
